Kalas

Kalas is an autonomous network of improvising musicians in Aarhus, built around organizing monthly improvised concerts with an ever-changing line-up of performers from different musical backgrounds. Kalas is not bound or restricted by any defined genre or musical style. Sometimes you get a burning burst of energetic free-jazz, sometimes an abrasive cacophony of electroacoustic noise, sometimes delicate ambience or a cheerful folk song.
