With references to Superheroes and The Cardigans, Pumps lives in the plastic world of  the 00’s but writes songs which twist around the awkward and uncool, and about the thoughts running  through a person when you're never the first to be chosen for the team in sports. There is a priceless honesty hidden in Pumps’ songs which makes the otherwise robust songs weirdly fragile. Behind the project you find August Hoffmann and Oskar Schade.
